Responsibilities

1. Responsible for coordinating department management work, formulating and implementing department annual goals and plans:

3. Responsible for coordinating customer management work, analyzing customer data, and providing business data support and feasibility suggestions:

4. Responsible for risk assessment, timely warning and handling of customer complaints:

5. Responsible for customer return visits, answering customer questions and implementing coordination and handling of problems:

6. Responsible for communication, coordination and resolution of sudden, abnormal problems and major events in the department

7. Responsible for the management of department employees, improve team performance, pay attention to department talent and cultural construction, and improve members' sense of belonging and cohesion.

Requirements:

1. No gender limit, college degree or above:

2. Have more than three years of customer service management experience

3. Strong organizational, planning, control, coordination, interpersonal skills and adaptability

4. Good coordination and communication skills, strong sense of teamwork:

5. Strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness, strong affinity and patience.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated from mechanical design related majors;

2. More than two years of mechanical drawing and design related work experience;

3. Skilled in the use of 3D design software;

4. Familiar with the design workflow, with the basic theoretical knowledge of the profession, mechanical design professional knowledge is solid, familiar with mechanical principles, processing technology, structural design, mechanical materials, mechanics principles;

5. Have the ability to independently complete the whole set of machinery;

6. Relevant development appearance, mechanism design experience is preferred;

7. Proficient in 3D design software, 3D surface proficiency is preferred;

8. Appearance design, modular design, proficient in CNC machining equipment is preferred;

9. Strong professionalism, sense of responsibility, good communication, and good teamwork spirit.
